Installation of semi-rigid pavement using ProSec 905 at Geylang East Central

Work Description: Three lanes paved with semi-rigid pavement using ProSec 905, work carried out one lane at a time.

Minimal disruption to traffic, lane was closed for work overnight and handed over to LTA (Land Transport Authority of Singapore) after 24 hours.

Work Description: Alexandra Road was re-surfaced with semi-rigid pavement after installing cables underneath. ProSec 905 formed an integral part of the semi-rigid pavement.

ProSec 905 complied with LTA’s requirements. Installation work commenced in the evening and the road was ready to receive traffic the following morning. Downtime of < 24 hours minimized inconvenience to motorists

India - NICE road

Work Description: Section of NICE Road (exact location at Bannerghatta Road 04 Km) re-surfaced with Cement Grouted Bituminous Mix (CGBM) using ProSec 905.

Work Description: ProSec 201 was used to rehabilitate the waste conveyance structure in Jurong Water Reclamation Plant. Prosec 201 based on proven calcium aluminate technology was approved for use, meeting stringent requirements set by PUB.

Work Description: RenoCoat 390 coated onto existing old tiles to waterproof the bathroom and give it a beautiful, anti-slip finish. Work completed in 24 hours with no hacking required.

Refurbish toilets at Compassvale Primary School

Work Description: RenoCoat 390 was used to refurbish toilets at Compassvale Primary School. Existing old tiled walls and floors were coated with RenoCoat 390.

Re-surface rooftop and corridors of StorHub Singapore

Work Description: RenoCoat 390 gives the floor a seamless, waterproof, and anti-slip finish. The coating was installed without any hacking and completed within two days.
