Rapid Pothole Repair – ProFil 409

Epoxy Waterproof Colour Flake System - RenoCoat 390
One of the new technologies adopted by the Housing and Development Board (HDB) of Singapore to rectify inter-floor ceiling leaks – RenoCoat 390. A ceiling leak occurs when water from the upper unit leaks into the ceiling of the lower unit through the concrete floor slab. This usually happens because of wear and tear of the waterproof membrane and screed in the floor slab. The existing repair method involves hacking and removal of existing floor tiles and screed at the upper unit. This is costly, time-consuming, and could cause a lot of inconvenience to the owner. RenoCoat 390 is an epoxy-based waterproof coating that can be laid over existing tiles. No hacking is required. The coating, which is 2mm to 3mm in thickness, has decorative flakes that create a granite or marble-like finish.
RenoCoat 390 is also widely used to refurbish old concrete floor surfaces and aged ceramic tiled floors to give them a new aesthetically pleasing look. RenoCoat 390 is economical and easy to install by yourself.
